Shipping + Returns


All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your items/order has shipped, it will be emailed to the email you provide during your account set up. Please check your tracking numbers and if there is an issue please contact us so we advise you on how to contact USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at USPS.

Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS first class mail, if your package weighs over a pound or "Priority Shipping" is chosen at checkout, then we will send your packages this way. 


Right now we are on a 2-3 week (or 15 business day) turnaround to make the item and another 3-5 days to get the item once it's shipped to you. I will contact you if I will not meet this deadline. If you are needing something sooner, please contact me so I can ensure delivery on time. 


We appreciate each and every customer and order they place with us. However, due to our items being customized to your specific preferences we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to double check your order before checking out. We check each item before it is shipped out, however we are human and sometimes we can miss a blemish on an item. If you feel you have received a damaged item please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us here: We will gladly exchange the item if stock is available, if it is not you will receive a refund, or store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
